Inver Museum is a small independent museum housing a large private collection of memorabilia which portrays the voluntary humanitarian work carried out by St John Ambulance.

A concise history is told starting with the 11th century origins of the Order of St John  (parent body of St John Ambulance)  through to the voluntary organisation as we know it today.
