Two-Wheeled Litter and Stretcher – This Rea-Edwards model of two wheeled litter was first introduced in 1904 and known to be supplied by St John Ambulance until 1938. This item of equipment referred to as an Ambulance, was available with solid rubber tyred wooden wheels or pneumatic tyres (1903 invention) and designed to carry 2 styles of stretcher.
